Locating a sku number in Magento

Follow these steps to locate an item in Magento:

Finding a product in Magento will allow you to see ship restrictions and other product details that customers and/or clients may inquire about.

1. Obtain customers order number or name from Desk correspondence or spreadsheet.
2. Locate the order in Magento.
3. Click the order link.
4. Locate the sku # for desired item in the "Items Ordered" section (circled below).
5. Copy the Sku # (inside red rectangle above).
6. Hover over the catalog tab located on the top bar.
7. Click manage products.
8. Enter the Sku # into the Sku field.
9. Click the search button.
10. Click on the correct Sku #.
