Locate an order in Magento

In order to locate an order in Magento you will need access to:

• Magento

Follow these simple instructions to easily locate customers in Magento:

1. Log into Magento. Obtain link from IT.
2. Enter username and password. Obtain both from IT
3. Hover over sales.
4. Click orders.   
5. Search for the order using any available criteria.
6. Click the intended order.
