Updating Merchcast Site

Put detailed instructions on how to update the Merchcast website. Including homepage images, logo, pages, anything that may need to be altered.   Adding logos After login into the admin sections, you will land on the dashboard homepage. On the left where the menu is, go down and hover over Appearance then click Customize from the secondary menu.

 Once you are in the Customize section, go down and click Header Settings. This is where you will be able to upload your logos.

   Adding/Updating Homepage Slider From the homepage dashboard, go down and hover over Pages and click Add New from the secondary menu.

 On the Add New Page section, click Edit with Elementor.

 Then you will click on ADD NEW SECTION.

 After adding the new section, hover over the new section until you get the blue edit line around the newly added section. Then click the Layout edit button on the far left.

 On the left-hand side, you will see the option for editing the layout. You'll need to make sure the option match the image below.

 Click save located at the bottom of Layout section menu.   Now we can add the slider to the newly created section by clicking the box menu at right on the Layout edit Section menu.

 After clicking the box icon, scroll down until you see Slider Gallery.

 Drag and drop into Slider Gallery into the middle of the section we created.

 Then click the Slider Gallery to pull up the Edit Slider Gallery menu. Then click on the Settings tab.

 Here you will be able to add images and change the setting for the slider. All image should be no larger than 1920px and 1280px. You will also want to turn on Thumbs State.
