Include SEO Meta Manager on Site

Install plugin & add appropriate snippets.

Open theme.liquid and directly after the opening <head> tag add the following code:

{% include 'SEOMetaManager' %}

Comment out the existing meta tags. This is important, if you skip this step the SEO Meta Manager will not work correctly.

{% comment %}{% include 'meta' %}{% endcomment %}
