Sales Tax Configurations

All Shopify stores will need to be configured to collect sales tax based on their physical location and the shipping facility location.

Shopify Tax Configuration

Login to the backend of the Shopify store, and follow the steps outline below.
  1. Go to Settings > Taxes
  2. Click United States.
  3. Choose State from the "Add a physical presence"  dropdown.
  4. Enter Zipcode.
  5. Click Add state.

OLM Accounts

For any store using OUR Stripe or PayPal account, please turn on Sales Tax for Texas using zipcode 78744. Also turn on for any state from which we are shipping, such as CA and OH, based on the particular store.

Sony Stores

For Sony stores, you need to turn on TX, CA and NY.

  • OLM Ontario:  91761
  • SP Express Dallas:  75019
  • DHL Ohio: 43125
  • CA (Global): 91761 and 90028
  • NY (Sony): 10022
