Configure SellerCloud to SPE Express Connector

Instructions on how to create the connection between SellerCloud and SPE Express.

Configure Custom Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Company Name
  2. Click Toolbox > Custom Settings
  3. Enter the following:
    1. CompanyOrderPrefix: (2-3 digit client code)
    2. SPExpress Customer Name. Example: 1LIVE (Global Merch) or 1LIVECORP (Merch Collective)
    3. SPExpress Dallas WarehouseID: 121
    4. SPExpress Ontario WarehouseID: 118
    5. SPExpress Order Prefix (2-3 digit client code)
  4. Click Save.

Create Saved Search

  1. Go to Orders > Search Orders
  2. OrderStatus: InProcess
  3. Exported: Not Exported
  4. PaymentStatus: Charged
  5. Shipping Status: Unshipped
  6. CompanyID: (insert store warehouse)
  7. Select Saved Search As and name it "(Client Code) SP Order Export" Example: AS SP Order Export.
  8. Click Save.

Create Scheduled Task

  1. Go to Settings > Company Name
  2. Click Toolbox > Scheduled Tasks
  3. Create new task from the pulldown "Export Orders"
  4. Name it "EXPORT ORDERS - SP EXPRESS"
  5. Check "Schedule Enabled"
  6. Start Time: Today's Date
  7. Enter Recurrence: Every 30 minutes
  8. Expire Schedule: Never
  9. User ID: Select your email address
  10. Saved Search: Select search you created (from Create Saved Search)
  11. Export via Plugin: OLM SP Express Format
  12. File Name: orders-ddMMyyyy-hhmm02
  13. Export To: FTP (see FTP Login Info below)
  14. Click Save.
