DHL E-FULFILLMENT SET UP REQUEST

This file submits the initial request for a new store set up in a DHL facility.   Information required includes: SellerCloud ID, Total # SKU's, Requested Launch Dates, Special Product Requirements, etc.    Under 'Any product rework required' . . . please put 'Barcoding of all inventory' for existing product being moved from current warehouses.

Note that DHL requires a minimum of 2 weeks to set up a store into their system after this form has been submitted.

PRODUCT CATALOG TEMPLATE

The Product Catalog Template explains the specific field requirements to import product info inot the DHL system.      This form only explains the field requirements and is not the form.   the Henry Rollins -Catalog-PROD is the form you need to use.

The Henry Rollins Catalog file is an example.  Note that weight and dimensions are not required as DHL cubiscans all new incoming products upon arrival at their facility.    This must be submitted in a .CSV format for DHL's system to accept it.

DHL FORECASTING REPORT

Used to determine manpower, shipping supplies and space requirements.   Fill in average daily orders and units for each store.

This document should also reflect sales and new product releases expected to generate spikes in order volumes.   This is required for all stores and can be submitted on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

INBOUND PRODUCT

PO's required for all inventory arriving in at DHL fulfillment centers.

A Purchase Order is required to be submitted to DHL for all inbound inventory regardless of its origination.   Please supply this information for all deliveries.   This will inform the DHL receiving team how much inventory is being cent so they can validate whether or not it has been received

Delivery companies must schedule an appointment with the receiving desk (if arriving by truck).

PRODUCT LABELLING

All product at the DHL facility are required to have a product number and corresponding barcode attached in a clearly visible location.

DHL has been applying these to the inside collar of shirts behind or beneath the neck tags (for existing inventory). P1010419 New product should be ordered with the barcode/product number from the manufacturer.  This can be on the actual product or on the packaging.  Apparel should be ordered in individual poly bags with the label attached to the outside of the bag.   Small items such as key chains, phone cases, should also be boxed or polybags so that they can be labelled.

Extra charges will be incurred to any new inbound products not meeting this requirement.
