Creating Reports

A wide variety of reports are available within the reports tab of TITAN.
  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. In the left navigation menu you will see sections for Shipping Dashboard, Returns Dashboard, and Sales Dashboard.
  3. The report can be exported by selecting the Export to Excel icon, as seen in the bottom right of this screen shot: 
  4. The following provides more information on some key reporting options for these particular sections.

Shipping Report 

This report shows and provides details on every order shipped.
  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Click the + icon next to Shipping Dashboard in the left side menu.
  3. Click Shipping Report.
Full Report:
  • Order ID
  • Carrier
  • Shipping Method
  • Tracking Number
  • Shipping Fee - The amount it cost you to ship the item to customer. The shipping fees are totaled at the end of the report.
  • Ship Date
  • Region - Domestic or International.

Report Options/Filters

  • Company
  • Channel
  • Start Date, End Date
  • Carrier
  • Manufacturer
  • Vendor
  • Purchaser
Click Run Report.

Refund Detail Report

This report details order information including refund amounts.
  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the + icon next to Returns Dashboard in the left side menu.
  3. Click either Refund Detailed or Refund Summary.
Full Report:
  • Company Name
  • Time Of Order 
  • OrderID
  • Order Source
  • Shipping Country
  • Shipping State
  • Shipping Zip Code
  • Shipping County
  • SubTotal
  • GrandTotal
  • Payment Amount

Click Run Report.

Sales Dashboard

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the + icon next to Sales Dashboard in the left side menu.
The Sales Dashboard displays sales revenue and quantities  - totals and per day, as well as the daily averages, across a selected time period. Only orders that have been shipped or paid are included in the Profit and Loss report. The dates used refer to the Ship Date.
The dashboard can be be filtered by date range, as well as by Company, Channel, Purchaser, Manufacturer, and Vendor. The filter options set control the data display on all sections of the dashboard.
  1. Graph Chart - Sales revenue per day with total sales and total profit noted at the top. The percentage in the green or red box at the top right of the chart compares profit and loss from the selected date range to the prior identical period, e.g. - 7 days compared to the previous 7 days. Click on the box to open a sub-dashboard that compares the sales - total and per day - for the selected date range.
  2. Pie Chart - Percentage of sales revenue per channel. Clicking on a channel section will detail the sales revenue per day in the Graph Chart.
  3. Daily Averages:
    • Daily Sales - Total daily average sales revenue for selected date range. Total revenue divided by number of sales for the selected date range. The percentages indicates an increase or decrease in sales revenue from the previous period of similar range. For example, if sales are calculated for 7 days, it will compare to the 7 day period prior to that. Press on the percentage box to open a sub-dashboard that compares daily average sales.
    • No. of Orders - Number of order in date range divided by number of days in date range. The percentages indicates an increase or decrease in No. of Orders from the previous period of similar range. For example, if No. of orders are calculated for 7 days, it will compare to the 7 day period prior to that. Press on the percentage box to open a sub-dashboard that compares daily No of Orders.
    • Typical Order - The average revenue generated by an order. Calculated by dividing the Daily Average Sale by the Daily Average Number of Orders. The percentages indicates an increase or decrease in sales revenue from the previous period of similar range. For example, if sales are calculated for 7 days, it will compare to the 7 day period prior to that. Press on the percentage to open a itemized daily sales chart.
  4. Top 5 Products by $ - displays 5 products that generated the most revenue based on sates in selected date range
  5. Top 5 Product by Unit Count - displays 5 products that had the most sales based on sates in selected date range

Sales Reports

Sales reports can be generated to produce specific information. Listed below are details for each report. Each of these reports have filters so that they can be customized. After you determine which report you want to run, and set the appropriate filter options, Click Run Report.
  1. Sales By Date Range - shows orders within specified date range with order info - Order and ship dates, order source, costs and totals.
  2. Sales Summary Report - Summarize sales quantities cost and total. Select to summarize by Channel, Company, Manufacturer or Vendor.
  3. Payments and Refunds - shows payments and refunds per order. Calculates net payment.
  4. Qty Sold By Channel -  Product based report. Lists products and displays sold qty per channel individually in specified date range.
  5. Qty Sold - List products and displays their sold qty in specified date range.

  8. Tax Collected by State - Sums tax collected per state. Drill into state to see sum tax by county. Drill into county to see actual orders with tax and totals.
  9. Tax Collected by Order - lists orders and displays their tax and totals.
  10. Monthly Sales Comparison - Year to year comparison by dollar value. Itemized per month over same month in the previous year
  11. Channel Sales Comparisons - Compares sales totals (dollar value) per channel over previous year.
  12. MFR Sales Comparison - Compares sale volume by dollar value per manufacturer over last year.
  13. Product Sales Comparison - Compares sales of each product over 3 periods. Date period can be defined.
