Import SKUs from Shopify to SalesForce

  1. Within SalesForce (Titan Pro), click the Shopify Settings tab on the far right hand of the dashboard.
  2. Select the Shopify Store for your unique product (ex. Motley Crue for any Motley Crue item you would like to import) underneath "Recent Shopify Settings"
  3. Note:If you could not find the store you are looking for in "Recent Shopify Settings" try click the dropdown menu, select all and then click the go button. This will provide you with a list of all Shopify stores linked to Salesforce. The amount of stores viewed can also be modified to show up to 200 stores on the same page.
  4. Select "Get Inventory" from the Shopify Setting store within the "Shopify Setting Detail" heading
  5. From the product identifier drop down menu, ensure the product identifier is selected to "Handle"
  6. In the next field marked "SKUs", enter the handle from the product within the Shopify Store.
  7. Click the blue Get Inventory button.

  1. Choose the product after logging in to your Shopify Store Admin.
  2. Within the product details, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue text "Edit website SEO" which will drop down the Page title, meta description and URL & handle for that product.
  3. In the third field "URL and handle" copy the product's handle (marked in black).
  4. Note:The product's handle is the item's unique URL handle following the "products/".
