Adding Order Source ID in TITAN

If you have created a new order through Titan and the Order source ID the should be associated with the order is not attached to this new order. Or if you need to attach an Order Source ID number to a newly created order. The following instructions will show you how to add the Order Source ID number.

1. Open into the order in Titan searching the Titan Order ID.
   1. You can do this by clicking the orders tab and searching in the Order Id field on the left.
   2. Or you can search at the top of the screen immediately to the right of the My Account Tab
      1. Click the drop down menu and scroll to the desired search parameter.
      2. Immediately to the right of this drop down you can type the necessary information for the parameter chosen.
      3. Click the magnifying glass or simply hit "enter/return" on your keyboard.
2. Once in the order click the select an action drop down menu
3. Select edit order.
4. Click go.
5. Input the desired order source ID in the Order Source ID field (in the middle of the general information section). [alert]
   1. NOTE: If there is already a number in this line, make sure you are looking in the correct line next to title "Order Source ID". The Order Source ID field is the only field that is NOT a drop down menu.
   2. If there is already a number in this line, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel button. Then check to make sure you are addressing the correct order and try again.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Order.
