Creating Bundles
How to add kits/bundles in TITAN.
Create a Kit
Simple Product Kit
- Go to Inventory > Add New Product.
- Company: Choose Company Name from pulldown menu.
- Product Name Enter Product Name.
- Product SKU Enter Product SKU.
- Click Add New Product.
- You will be redirected to the Product Detail Page.
- Open Toolbox.
- Go to Kit Properties.
- Set Inventory Dependency and Kit Items.
- Click Add Product to Kit.
Configurable Product Kit:
- Ensure all products to be featured in kit are already built. If they are not built already and you don't know how to do this click here.
- Click add product.
- Input relevant information (Bundle Name, SKU, & company) in the specified fields.
- Click Add Product.
- Input price into relevant field.
- Input weight into relevant field (the bundle weight will be the weight of all products combined).
- Input long description.
- Add product image.
- Click toolbox button.
- Hover over N-Matrix.
- Click Matrix General.
- Select relevant sizing/format/color/etc. matrix.
- Click Continue.
- Abbreviate the matrix children into a more condensed version. Example: medium = MD, or XX-Large = 2XL, or Blue = B.
- Click save.
- You have created an N-Matrix for your bundle. An N-Matrix adds variants to a product; a variant can be size, color, format etc. If the configureable product in your bundle is an album with different formats you will have four bundle SKU's (slightly variated), 3 for each format that we offer (CD, Vinyl, & Digital) and the parent.
- Click inventory tab.
- Input the parent SKU into the Keyword/UPC field.
- Click Search.
- Open each variant in its own tab (Right Click ->Open link in new tab).
- Click one of the new tabs.
- Look at the SKU (this will tell you which configurable variant needs to be associated).
- Click Manage Kit.
- Click Add Product to Kit.
- Search the desired products by sku.
- Select product.
- Click add product.
- Repeat steps 24-26 until all bundle items are added.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 16-28 on other tabs until finished.
- Enable all child SKU's. If you don't know how to do this click here.
- Select kit parent.
- Remember: If you launch any of the variants in addition to the Kit/Matrix parent they will populate shopify as individual products. The kit/matrix parent is denoted by 4 different color circles.
- Click select action drop down.
- Select Launch on Channel.
- Click go.
- Select website.
- Click continue.
