Add Product in Titan SellerCloud

How to add a product in Titan SellerCloud

  1. Hover over the Inventory tab.
  2. Click Add New Product.
  3. Fill relevant fields with corresponding information.
  4. Click Add New Product.
  5. Click the active field. 
  6. Input the selling price into the site price field.
  7. Input the shipping weight in the Ship Weight field.
  8. Click the Change button to the right of the Long Description box.
    1. Click the HTML button.
    2. Input the product description in the given field. 
    3. The HTML button will implement any stylistic qualities of the description text.
    4. Click the Save button.
  9. Click Save Product.
  10. Click View All in the Image Manager section. 
  11. Click one of the Select buttons.
  12. Find product image file.
  13. Click product image file > Click Open.
  14. Select Gallery Default and Description Default for your main image.
  15. Supplementary images:
    1. Upload images by repeating steps 9-12
    2. Select Supplemental field.
    3. Click Order drop-down.
    4. Select order of supplemental image.
  16. Click Update Images.
  17. Click/open the tool box drop-down menu.
  18. Click Website Properties.
  19. Select the Web Enabled field.
  20. Click Update button at bottom of page. *If you're product has more than one variation (size, color, etc.) continue below*
  21. Click Toolbox.
  22. Hover over N-Matrix > click Matrix General.
  23. Note:This is the step that creates the variants of the parent SKU, by saving this step for last all the changes we have done to the parent SKU will cascade into the children. If you do this step first you will have to make each subsequent change to all variant SKU's individually.
  24. Click the set of sizing options that correspond with the expected/current inventory.
  25. Click Continue.
  26. Adjust SKU's to meet company criteria.
  27. Note the alterations in the picture above. The "-size" at the end of the SKU's has been abbreviated to 2 letters (three letters is currently acceptable for double & triple extra large sizes) for the Large and Medium sizes, this should be done for all SKU's.
  28. Click Save.
  29. Select the ProductID field for all products.
  30. Click the Select Action drop down.
  31. Click Edit Inventory.
  32. Click Go button.
  33. Modify all warehouse locations to the one associated with the product store.
    1. Click the Default Warehouse drop down.
    2. Select store warehouse. 
    3. One Live Media does not have a "default warehouse" so if step 30 is not done it will create substantial problems with a live site. Be sure you have set the inventory set to the corresponding warehouse.
  34. Input inventory.
  35. Click Save.
You have created a product. Now make sure they are all web active and launch the product to the site.

Making sure your product (and its variants) are web active:

  1. Click the Inventory tab.
  2. Search the product by name. To do this input the product name in Keyword/UPC field. 
  3. Look at the square icon with the circle in it. If the circle in it is blue the SKU is web enabled, if the circle is grey the SKU is not web enabled. 
  4. If a SKU is not web enabled (grey icon) click on the icon. This will take you to the Website Properties section of that particular SKU.
  5. Select the Web Enabled field.
  6. Click update.
 

Launching a product:

  1. Input product name into the Keyword/UPC field.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Ensure all variants are web enabled.
  4. Select the parent SKU. 
  5. Click the Select Action drop down menu.
  6. Select Launch On Channel.
  7. Click Go.
  8. Click the Channel field.
  9. Select Website.
  10. Click Continue.
