Titan/Sellercloud: Order Creation

Creating a replacement order in Titan:

OLM at fault:
    1. Log in to Titan.
    2. Hover over Order tab.
    3. Click Search Orders.
    4. Enter the order number into the Keyword field.
    5. Click the order that needs to be reshipped.
    6. Click the Select Action drop down (upper right hand corner).
    7. Select Create Replacement Order.
    8. Note: Do not select Disable Inventory unless product was not sent in original order altogether.
    9. Click the Go button.
    10. Click Select Action.
    11. Select Edit Order.
    12. Click Go button.
    13. Select field to the right of Order Source Order ID.
    14. Add OLM to the beginning of the order source ID number from the original order.
    15. Click the Select drop down next to the Shipping Carrier field.
    16. Select shipping service selected by customer.
    17. Select Shipping service originally requested from the order.
    18. Click the Select drop down to the right of Shipping Method.
    19. Click empty field next to the Shipping field.
 
  1. Click Save button.
SB at fault:
  1. Log in to Titan.
  2. Hover over Order tab.
  3. Click Search Orders.
  4. Enter the order number into the Keyword field.
  5. Click the order that needs to be reshipped.
  6. Click the Select Action drop down (upper right hand corner).
  7. Select Create Replacement Order. 
  8. Note: Do not select Disable Inventory unless product was not sent in original order altogether.
  9. Click the Go button.
  10. Click Select Action. *In Separate Window*
  11. Open shopify store.
  12. Add products from original order to to cart.
  13. Generate a shipping cost estimate using address provided in order.
  14. Return to Titan Order.
  15. Click Select Action drop down.
  16. Select Edit Order.
  17. Click Go button.
  18. Select field to the right of Order Source Order ID.
  19. Add SB to the beginning of the order source ID number from the original order.
  20. Click the Select drop down next to the Shipping Carrier field.
  21. Select shipping service selected by customer.
  22. Select Shipping service originally requested from the order.
  23. Click the Select drop down to the right of Shipping Method.
  24. Click empty field next to the Shipping field.
  25. Input amount generated in step 12.
  26. Click Save button.
 

Creating a split order in Titan:

  1. Log in to Titan.
  2. Hover over Order tab.
  3. Click Search Orders.
  4. Enter the order number into the Keyword field.
  5. Click the order that needs to be split.
  6. Click the Select Action drop down (upper right hand corner).
  7. Click Split Order.
  8. Click Go button.
  9. Select the products that need to be split into a separate order.
  10. Click the field in the QTY To Move column.
  11. Input the number of units you wish to split.
  12. Click Split Order button. *In Separate Window*
  13. Open Shopify Store.
  14. Add products that will be split from original order to cart.
  15. Generate a shipping estimate using address provided. *Return to Titan*
  16. Click the Select Action drop down.
  17. Select Edit Order.
  18. Click go.
  19. Add shipping cost from step 15 to the shipping field. 
  20. Note: If OLM is at fault/cause for the split ship, shipping totals should not be included in split order.
  21. Click Save button.
  22. Hover over the related order number.
  23. Click on original order number. *In Separate Window*
  24. Open Shopify Store.
  25. Add products remaining on original order.
  26. Generate shipping estimate using address from original order. *Return to Titan*
  27. Click the Select Action drop down.
  28. Select Edit Order.
  29. Click go.
  30. Replace qty in the shipping field with shipping cost estimate produced in step 25.
  31. Click Save button.
