OrderDesk CustomCat Invalid Shipping Address

Use the order number to find the customers address.

1. Open the email with the error message and copy the order number
2. Open Order Desk and paste the order number in the search field.

Cross reference the order address with Google.

1. Inside OrderDesk copy the customer's shipping address
2. Paste the address in Google.
3. If the address is different change it to match what Google suggests. Otherwise If the address is the same it probably means part of the address needs to be on Address line two
4. Save changes

Resubmit order to CustomCat.

• Scroll to the middle of the order.
• Click the button with the arrow and says "CustomCat" like the screenshot below

Confirm that CustomCat received data.

• Email Matt from CustomCat and ask him to confirm that he received the data. If not ask him if he knows what the address should be (he's pretty savvy with locations).
