Instructions
- Open the site's phpMyAdmin.
- Find and browse the users table
- Search for the user you want to edit. You will see a table named 'userpass', this is the field that needs updated. NOTE: You cannot simply add the password to 'userpass' table b/c it is a MD5 hashed value. To get around this you need to convert your password to a MD5 Hash value.
- go to md5hashgenerator.com and paste your password into the field. Copy the value it returns and paste that in the user_pass table. Click save.
- Open up your wordpress site and use the new password. You should have access now!
